Shipping & exchange policy

GENERAL SHIPPING GUIDELINES

If the products in your order are in stock, your shipment will be processed and shipped Monday through Friday within 1 to 3 business days of the order date. Orders placed on a weekend or holiday will be processed within the next 1 to 2 business days. Please note that all processing times are estimates and may be subject to change. If you need to change your shipping method, please contact us as soon as possible. If you would like products to be shipped to two or more locations, please place separate orders for each location.

FLAT RATE GROUND SHIPPING - $9.00

Depending on location, please allow approximately 5-7 business days for delivery. Due to ground shipping weight limits, we may separate your order into 2 shipments. All shipments are sent via USPS, which has been experiencing slower shipping times due to COVID-19. 

 INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Shipping rates for international orders are based on weight.

A set of 3 books or less can be shipped via USPS First Class Package starting at $27, and will take approximately 10-14 business days, pending customs clearance.

All additional purchases will ship via USPS PRIORITY International, and will take approximately 6-10 business days, pending customs clearance, with the following rates: Envelope Packaging at $38, Medium Box at $81.75, and Large Box at $107.05.

Please note that these rates are provided by the United States Postal Service and not by Bitty Bao LLC.

When your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.

We currently ship to the following countries: Albania, Andorra, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, China, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Faroe Islands, Fiji, Finland, France, French Polynesia, Germany, Greece, Greenland, Hong Kong, Hungary, Iceland, India, Indonesia, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Laos, Macau, Malaysia, Malta, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Philippines, Poland, Portugal, Romania, San Marino, Saudi Arabia, Serbia, Singapore, Republic of Korea, Spain, Sri Lanka, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, Thailand, Turkey, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, and Vietnam. 

DUTIES & TAXES

The price and the shipping cost listed on our website do not include import fees, customs, duties, and value added taxes (VAT)...etc. Customers are responsible for paying all duties, taxes, and other fees which are levied once your packages reach the country of destination.

Since custom policies vary widely from country to country, we strongly encourage you to contact your local custom office for more information before placing an order. Bitty Bao has no control over these charges, nor can Bitty Bao predict what they may be. 

In the event that there is a custom clearance delay, Bitty Bao will assist you in every way possible to ensure delivery. However, Bitty Bao will not be liable for orders that are refused or held by customs. 

UNCLAIMED OR REFUSED PACKAGE

If your package is unclaimed or refused, you will be responsible for the 1) original and return shipping costs, and 2) duties, taxes, and other customs charges that are incurred on the package for both the original and return shipment. The amount of these charges will be subtracted from your refund once the package reaches back at our warehouse. 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

ALL ORDERS ARE FINAL SALE.

As a small business, we hand package your orders ourselves and be assured that the package leaves our facility in excellent condition. We are not responsible to replace, or refund any damaged packaging or external boxes which may have been compromised by shipment through transit.

Returns and exchanges are not allowed except for: 

Wrong order received: If we made a mistake/error in shipping out the wrong product, please notify us within 2 business days of receiving your order. We will then issue return instructions on how and where to return the product.
